This is 1:1 coaching for graduated seniors preparing for college…beyond the packing list

It’s a space to think clearly, talk things through, and get grounded in who you really are before everything changes.

It’s not therapy, and it’s not about fixing anything.

This 1:1 coaching is for students who:

  • want to feel more confident,

  • make decisions that actually feel right for them

  • and know how to navigate the new relationships they’ll make on campus

In our sessions, we focus on things like:

  • getting clear on who you are and what really matters to you

  • making decisions without second-guessing yourself

  • navigating friendships, social pressure, and new environments

  • catching the old limiting thoughts, behaviors, and patterns and shifting them in real time.

Each session is personalized to you —
not generic advice or a set script.

  • you can make decisions that actually feel right, without just going along with what is expected

How it works:

This is a 6-session, one-on-one coaching package designed to support you in your transition to college.

Recommended:

3 sessions during the summer before you go to plan for what’s to come

3 sessions once you’re there to receive support in real time

Each session builds on the last. We start by getting clear on who you are and what is important to you — and then we work through real situations, decisions, and patterns as they come up.
