Parents
If you’re here, chances are you care deeply about your child and want to support them in this transition into adulthood without pushing, fixing, or adding more pressure.
You may be noticing changes you can’t quite put your finger on.
Maybe your teen/young adult:
seems more withdrawn, anxious, or overwhelmed
is struggling with motivation or direction
second-guesses themselves constantly
avoids conversations or shuts down when you try to help
feels stuck between independence and needing support
You care deeply — and you’re trying to do the right thing — but nothing you say seems to land the way you hope it will.
It is almost impossible to be a parent and have "no stakes in the game." You’re invested. You see patterns and “mistakes” that seem painfully obvious to you, but aren’t obvious or even true yet for them.
Many young people need a neutral, consistent space where they can think out loud, ask hard questions, and explore who they are becoming — without worrying about disappointing anyone.
Coaching is that space. It’s not about fixing your child or replacing parental support.
My Approach:
My coaching approach focuses on three core areas: clarity, confidence, and alignment.
Coaching offers:
• a steady, judgment-free space outside the family system
• support in building self-trust, confidence, and emotional awareness
• tools for navigating pressure, comparison, and decision-making
• encouragement to become curious, reflective, and open-minded
This work helps young people learn how to understand themselves — not just how to meet expectations.
What parents notice over time:
Parents often share that they notice:
more openness and self-expression
improved communication at home
increased confidence and independence
better emotional regulation
less avoidance and more follow-through
Coaching provides the neutral ground where they can figure it out, so that your relationship can get back to the good stuff—the laughter, the inside jokes, and the ease of just being together.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or academic tutoring.
This work is present- and future-focused and operates from the belief that nothing is “wrong” with your child. Coaching does not involve diagnosis, treatment, or clinical intervention. Instead, it supports growth, self-reflection, and intentional action aligned with who they are and what they want.
If your child is experiencing a mental health crisis or requires clinical care, therapy or counseling would be the appropriate support.
Confidentiality & Parent Involvement
Confidentiality is a core part of effective coaching.
Sessions are private, and parents are not given details of what is discussed. This creates the trust necessary for teens and young adults to speak honestly and do meaningful inner work. Your teen/young adult will be encouraged to share with you when they feel comfortable, and continue to lean on you as a safe, solid support system. Coaching will never replace your role as a parent.
If your child is under 18, a parent or guardian will sign an agreement acknowledging and supporting this confidentiality.
Safety is always the top priority. If there is immediate risk of harm to the client or others, confidentiality would be broken to access appropriate support.
Logistics and Investment
Coaching sessions are held on Zoom, allowing clients to participate from anywhere.
Sessions are offered within a 6-month, 12-session commitment to support meaningful, lasting growth.
The investment is $300 a month for a minimum of 6-months.
If this resonates:
I invite you to book a free discovery session.
This is a low-pressure conversation to ask questions, share what you’re seeing, and explore next steps together.
