Contract for Coaching with Rebecca Norelli

This agreement, between Rebecca Norelli and Client (as identified in the form submission) begins on the date the form is submitted and the first payment is received. It is for a package of 12 sessions completed over the course of six months. If, after this initial contract term, you would like to renew, we will agree to any new terms in writing.

What is coaching? Coaching is a process consisting of clarifying your intentions, designing goals, and taking authentic action within a safe, supportive relationship. Coaching is not psychotherapy, nor should it be used as a substitute for counseling, legal, financial, or medical services.

Sessions: Sessions are 50 minutes, held by phone or Zoom. Driving while on a cell phone during a session is prohibited. If you need to be somewhere before or after a call, please find a safe place where you can park and be present for the coaching session.  For phone sessions, I will initiate the call at the scheduled time. For zoom sessions, log in using this link. If more time is needed, this may be scheduled by mutual agreement. If additional time is used, the charge for this time is pro-rated.

Contact Between Sessions: Clients may email for scheduling purposes or quick questions between sessions at no charge. Calls or emails regarding coaching content or other matters outside of scheduled sessions are not included. Any additional work or communication beyond scheduling may incur a charge, billed at a minimum of 15 minutes per contact at a prorated rate.

Fees: Clients are billed $300/month for six months (12 sessions). The first payment is due before your first session. Subsequent payments will be automatically billed on the 1st of each month for the remainder of the contract term. Scheduling: Once your first payment is received, you will be sent a link to book your sessions. You may book multiple sessions in advance; it is not necessary to schedule month by month, and you can reserve sessions as far ahead as the calendar allows. I have also included the scheduling link here for future reference.  Sessions are subject to cancellation in the event of a missed payment.  

Cancellation: All appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Monday appointments require notice by Friday. The full fee will be charged for missed sessions without prior notification. An exception will be made in case of an emergency. 

Confidentiality & Release of Information: All information you share, as well as the coaching relationship itself, is kept strictly confidential. Written permission is required for any disclosure. If the client is under 18, parents or guardians acknowledge and agree that the coach will not share session information with them without the minor’s consent (signature required below).  Your name, contact information, and start/end date of our relationship may be included in my documentation for certification and credentialing, and either International Coaching Federation or Academy for Coaching Excellence may contact you solely to verify our relationship. No personal notes will be shared. According to the ethics of our profession, topics may be anonymously shared as hypothetical situations with other coaching professionals for training, supervision, mentoring, evaluation, and for coach professional development purposes.

Copyrighted Materials: Occasionally, you may receive coaching materials created and copyrighted by the Academy for Coaching Excellence. These are for your private use only.
