No. Coaching in this model is present- and future-focused, grounded in the belief that nothing is “wrong” with you — even if you want to change your experience. Coaching isn’t about fixing or diagnosing. It’s about taking intentional, values-aligned action because you want to, not because you feel like you should.
My role is to be your partner: helping you ask better questions, gain clarity, look at your thoughts in new ways, identify what’s holding you back, and support you as you take steps toward the life you want.

Yes. Everything we discuss is confidential. Trust is the foundation of coaching.
If you are under 18, your parent or guardian will sign an agreement supporting this confidentiality.
Important note on safety: If you express immediate intent to harm yourself or others, I am required to break confidentiality to help you access immediate support and keep everyone safe.

All coaching sessions are held on Zoom, which allows clients to participate from anywhere. I simply ask that you join from a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable fully expressing yourself.
